Digital PA

Terms of Use

Using Digital PA responsibly

These terms explain how Digital PA may be accessed and used, how subscription-backed access works, and the main legal rules that apply when Aurora Bright Steps provides the service.

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to people and organizations using Digital PA. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using subscription-backed features, you agree to these terms.

About the service

Digital PA is operated by Aurora Bright Steps as a hosted software service for planning, scheduling, task management, meetings, review tracking, and related operational workflows.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for making sure the information attached to your account remains accurate. Access to Digital PA may depend on both account status and an active licence or subscription. You must not share access credentials or attempt to bypass security controls such as verification, session controls, two-factor authentication, or licensing checks.

Licensing and subscriptions

Product access is controlled through Aurora Bright Steps entitlements. A valid Digital PA subscription or another approved entitlement is required to use the app beyond account creation and verification steps. Subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe.

Subscription pricing, billing interval, and checkout terms are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew on the billing cycle selected until cancelled through the available billing-management route.

Cancellations and billing changes

If a subscription is cancelled at period end, access should normally continue through the paid term. If a subscription ends immediately or becomes inactive, access may be removed in line with the billing state received from Stripe. Users should use the in-app billing management path rather than attempting to create overlapping subscriptions for the same product.

Refund handling, if any, will depend on the applicable checkout terms, billing state, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass licensing, account verification, or security controls.
  • Do not misuse the service in ways that damage platform stability, data integrity, or other accounts.
  • Do not upload or create content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

Your content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the information, documents, and operational data you add to Digital PA and for making sure you have the right to use that content. Aurora Bright Steps does not claim ownership of your business content simply because it is stored in the service.

Service availability

Aurora Bright Steps aims to keep Digital PA available and reliable, but no service can guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, improvements, and issue resolution may occasionally affect availability, especially during alpha.

Suspension and termination

Aurora Bright Steps may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to security issues, address serious misuse, or reflect an ended or invalid subscription state.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, Digital PA is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, particularly while the service continues to mature. Aurora Bright Steps is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate internal processes and backups for their own operational data.

Private alpha and product changes

Digital PA is still evolving. Features, design, workflows, and operational processes may change as the product matures. Aurora Bright Steps may refine access rules, support processes, and service wording during this phase.

Support

If you need help with access, verification, password recovery, billing, or subscription state, use the Support page for the current support route and guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

Aurora Bright Steps may update these terms from time to time to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational improvements. The latest version published in the app will apply from the time it becomes effective.
